Data Deletion

You can delete the data FilterLeads holds at any time. Here are your options.

Disconnect Facebook

In FilterLeads, go to Settings → Connections → Disconnect. This immediately removes the imported leads, Pages, and forms for that workspace from FilterLeads. Your data on Facebook is unaffected.

Delete your account

To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@growmeorganic.comfrom your account address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also remove FilterLeads from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. When you remove the app there, Facebook notifies us and we delete the data associated with that connection.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your imported leads and their fields, your ratings and deal values, your connected Pages, forms, and access tokens, and (for account deletion) your profile. We may retain minimal records where required by law, and previously sent, hashed conversion events already held by Meta are governed by Meta’s own data policies.
