Privacy Policy

FilterLeads(“we”, “us”) helps businesses collect leads from their Facebook and Instagram lead ads, rate those leads, and send quality signals back to Meta to improve ad performance. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Who this applies to
This policy covers our customers (the businesses and agencies who sign in to FilterLeads) and the lead data those customers bring into FilterLeadsfrom their own Meta accounts. We act as a processor of that lead data on our customers’ behalf.
What we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
- Facebook / Meta connection data. When you connect your Facebook account, we receive an access token and, using it, the Pages, lead forms, and ad accounts you choose to connect. We store this to run the service.
- Lead data. For each lead your forms produce, we import the information the person submitted (such as name, email, phone, and any custom form fields) plus Meta identifiers for the lead, ad, campaign, and form.
- Your ratings and settings. The Good / Bad / Converted rating and any deal value you assign to a lead, and your workspace configuration (currency, selected Meta dataset).
- Basic usage and technical data. Log data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To show your leads in one inbox and let you rate and manage them.
- To send conversion events to Meta’s Conversions API when you rate a lead, so Meta can optimize your ad delivery for quality. Personal identifiers (such as email and phone) are hashed before they are sent, as required by Meta.
- To provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
How we share it
- Meta Platforms. We send hashed conversion events keyed to your leads to the Meta dataset you select, to power Conversion-Leads optimization for your campaigns.
- Infrastructure providers. Hosting and database providers that run our servers, under confidentiality obligations.
- We do not sell your dataor your leads’ data, and we do not use it to build cross-customer profiles or advertising audiences of our own.
Retention and deletion
We keep lead data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can remove data at any time: disconnecting Facebook deletes the imported leads, Pages, and forms for that workspace, and deleting your account removes your data. See our Data Deletionpage for how to request removal, including via Meta’s app-removal flow.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, scoped access tokens, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at support@growmeorganic.com. If you are an end user whose information was submitted through one of our customers’ lead forms, please contact that business directly, or us, and we will assist them.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on the app.
Changes
We may update this policy; we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you.
